As employee #1, I worked closely with founder to build and scale an online marketplace for real estate in Australia. I grew from a marketing specialist to a VP of Operations. While my primary role was in digital marketing and analytics, I had the opportunity to be involved with other aspects of the business, such as data, application development, dev ops, sales, and even hiring.

Adparlor is a social ad specialist media agency. I assisted the marketing operations team to optimise their cost-per-lead campaigns and lead nurturing funnel and to qualify leads ready for the sales team.

TradeHero is a social trading mobile app that allows users to copy trade on real or mock accounts. Ran and optimise ad campaigns as well as worked with partners to acquire and retain users in South East Asia and China.
